Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Tom Peacock Cadillac. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet and direct customers who visit the dealership, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls and walk-ins.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish language proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and opportunities for career advancement.
