Description

We're looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.

Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and assist guests with their stay, including checking in/out, wake-up calls, and handling guest concerns and requests.
  2. Take reservation requests and make adjustments as needed.
  3. Work with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
  4. Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports.
  5. Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years in a previous customer service position.
  • Basic office skills (i.e. math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.).
