Job OverviewAs a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory - Franchise #0227, you will be the face of our studio, responsible for creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for our members and guests. Your primary goal will be to share our passion for fitness and help others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with you
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits of our unique approach to fitness
  • Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks as needed
  • Lead studio tours, showcasing our facilities and services
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to help the studio thrive
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner, striving for resolution
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
