Master's Program Coordinator

Helen Ross McNabb Center is seeking a highly skilled Master's Program Coordinator to join our team. As a mental health specialist, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, including reports, scheduling, and training. You will also provide supervision to designated employees and ensure clinically appropriate activities are occurring with each client based on individual need.
About the Role
This role requires a Master's degree in a health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work, sociology, or experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses. The ideal candidate will have experience in crisis settings, working with special populations, and utilizing verbal and physical de-escalation techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing documentation of client care in compliance with policy and procedure
- Providing and/or reviewing face-to-face crisis assessments/BHUCC Intakes
- Reviewing treatment plans to ensure goals and interventions are appropriate and thorough
- Ensuring individual/family/significant other therapy with BHUCC clients as clinically indicated is occurring
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a health-related field
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a crisis setting
- Valid driver's license
