About the Role

The Helen Ross McNabb Center is a leading provider of behavioral health services in East Tennessee, and we are seeking a Behavioral Health Team Lead to join our team. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including therapists, counselors, and social workers, to provide high-quality care to clients with mental health diagnoses. A Master's degree in Human Services or a related field is required, along with significant experience working in a mental health setting.
