About the Role

Culinesse LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and ensure that our dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: A 2-year Culinary Degree or 4-year Hospitality degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role is required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and inventory management is essential.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working a varying schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
