About the Role

The Executive Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of our food and beverage strategy. This role requires a strong leader with excellent culinary skills, who can drive innovation and excellence in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with our purchasing and finance teams to optimize food costs and drive revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
