About the Role

NUCKOLLS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Leader to join our team. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, team management, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to service existing clients and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful client relationships and business growth.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze daily field activity, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
  • Leadership and Development: Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, ensuring our team has the skills and expertise needed to drive business success.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce, and ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Licensing and Requirements
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.
  • Clean Background: Clean background check and ability to pass a background check.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
