Job Description

Legrand NA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Service Engineer to join our Building Control Systems Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for our lighting control products, setup systems, and train end users on system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide factory representation via call center for technical support of lighting control products
  • Setup systems and train end users on system operations
  • Troubleshoot and service all products
  • Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to resolve product issues and fill customer needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction, including working with construction documents
  • Minimum 10 years' experience with electrical controls/low voltage/automation, basic networking experience with routers, HUBS, LAN lines, etc.
  • Field service experience working via phone preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical and/or low voltage systems, networking and programmable logic software systems and tools preferred
