Customer Success Associate

Forbes Advisor is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and executing campaigns across our Health portfolio and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development team in achieving revenue and growth targets across our advertiser partnerships
- Collaborate with the production team to create promotional placements for our advertisers on Forbes Health properties
- Work closely with the Business Development team to onboard and execute new customer initiatives
- Monitor existing campaigns to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Audit partner placements to optimize performance and monetization
- Project manage and coordinate with internal teams on campaign execution
- Collaborate with internal teams on billing reconciliation and revenue tracking/forecasting
Requirements:
- Customer experience advocate with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills
- 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising and/or affiliate marketing
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten
- Experience in WordPress or content management systems
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage stress well and juggle multiple account challenges
