Job Summary

As a LP Customer Service Associate II at TJ Maxx, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional presence at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty.
  • Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure a swift response in critical situations.
  • Wear a complete Company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to maintain a professional image.
  • Greet customers with courtesy and respect, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management.
  • Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure environment.
  • Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management and adhere to all Company Policy and Procedure.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload, managing time effectively.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • 0-2 years retail or security experience.

This position has a starting pay range of $15.00 to $18.25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
