Job Description: Office Operations Coordinator

About Snipebridge:

We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator at our Chicago office. As a member of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support to various departments and teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide general administrative and office operations support
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results within specified deadlines
  3. Support management in carrying out assigned administrative duties

Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, deliveries, and courier services
  • Maintain clean and clutter-free common spaces in the office
  • Monitor kitchen, bathroom, and office supply inventory levels and reorder as needed

Event Planning and Reception Duties:
  • Order, set-up and coordinate food and beverages for office and client meetings
  • Answer multi-line phone and manage incoming calls
  • Welcome/greet visitors, and provide general office support

Vendor Management:
  • Liaison with building management for office facilities issues
  • Liaison with janitorial services company for office cleaning and trash removal
  • Coordinate maintenance for office equipment and appliances

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of general office support experience or other relevant experience
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Estimated Salary: $44,800 - $49,600 per annum.
