Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Construction Administrative Assistant. As a member of our office team, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating crew and job scheduling, and performing accurate data entry.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Filing and document management: Ensure that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  2. Crew and job scheduling: Coordinate with our teams to ensure efficient operations and meet customer deadlines.
  3. Data entry: Accurately enter data into our systems to maintain accurate records.
  4. Departmental support: Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Estimated Salary

$52,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
