Electrical Operations Supervisor

Reports to: Director of Mountain Operations
The Electrical Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing all elements of the electrical systems within the resort, encompassing high voltage transmission, low voltage control mechanisms for all ropeways, conveyors, snowmaking systems, wastewater management, waterpark attractions, and the electrical infrastructure of commercial buildings and residences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure safety for yourself and others.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of work in compliance with safety codes, including inspecting and evaluating the work performed by electrical staff.
- Interpret and analyze design schematics to guarantee proper installation of electrical systems.
- Oversee the procurement and upkeep of electrical equipment on-site.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other personnel on-site.
- Develop and implement work schedules for electrical team members.
- Provide motivation, training, and support as needed.
- Licensed Electrician in Pennsylvania with expertise in the following systems:
- AC/DC motors
- Voltage control systems
- Digital drives
- Low voltage electrical control circuits
- PLC and relay logic
- Electrical wiring and troubleshooting
- Mechanical and communication systems
- High voltage infrastructure knowledge
- Experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems.
- Ability to ensure all work is completed on schedule and to code, including assessing the work done by electrical staff.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting design schematics for proper electrical system installation.
- Capability to work with voltages up to and including 480-volt 3 phase, with knowledge of 4,470 volts.
- Previous management experience is preferred, showcasing strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and effective communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
