Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at The North Face, a VF Corporation brand. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and operations.

• Lead and Develop a Team: Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and store productivity goals, ensuring a consistent best-in-class customer experience.
• Customer Engagement: Engage customers in conversation around The North Face products, activities, and local community events, providing a highly engaging customer experience through individual service, conversation, and relationship building.
• Store Operations: Supervise floor coverage and activities, including opening and closing store as scheduled, and maintain standards consistent with company brand strategies.
• Training and Development: Provide training and ongoing development of store staff in customer engagement and all company programs, policies, and procedures, in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Financial and Operational Objectives: Support the Store Manager in achieving all financial and operational objectives, including expense control, Loss Prevention, store audits, and weekly reporting.

• Experience: 1+ years of store management experience in a fast-paced, highly engaging retail environment.
• Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales results, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment, and proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
