The Electrical Operations Supervisor will manage all facets of the electrical systems within the resort, encompassing high voltage transmission, low voltage control mechanisms for all transportation systems, snowmaking facilities, wastewater management, and the electrical infrastructure of commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a focus on safety for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure timely completion of work in compliance with safety codes, including inspecting the output of electrical personnel.
  • Interpret design schematics to guarantee proper installation of electrical systems.
  • Oversee the procurement and upkeep of electrical equipment on-site.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other on-site personnel.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for electrical staff.
  • Provide motivation, training, and support as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Electrician in Pennsylvania with experience in AC/DC motors, voltage controls, digital drives, low voltage electrical circuits, PLC, and relay logic.
  • Proficient in electrical wiring and troubleshooting, with knowledge of mechanical and communication systems.
  • Familiarity with high voltage infrastructure.
  • Ability to work with voltages up to 480 volts and knowledge of higher voltages.
  • Previous managerial experience is preferred, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
