Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Technician

Department: Fleet Services

Reports to: Fleet Services Supervisor

We are seeking skilled fleet maintenance technicians to support the Fleet Services Department in the daily upkeep and repair of all company vehicles and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ensure safety for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on light and medium-duty fleet vehicles and equipment, including small engine repairs.
  • Complete work orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist the Fleet Services Supervisor with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair processes.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license; a CDL is preferred but not required.
  • Inspection certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • During busy periods, expect to work over 40 hours a week.
  • Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
