What you should know:


• Flexibility in availability is essential, including evenings and weekends.


• Must consistently demonstrate the competencies relevant to the role.


• Proficient in using personal computers, POS systems, and various software applications, including MS Office.

• The role may involve exposure to varying weather conditions. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.


• While performing job duties, employees are frequently required to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Occasional requirements include sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating specific devices.


• Employees must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.


• Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.


• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.


• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.


• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a retail setting is necessary.


• Advanced sales experience and a comprehensive understanding of products, retail, and the industry are preferred.
