- Handle incoming calls to address patient and billing inquiries
- Provide off-phone assistance to customers and department leadership

- Screen callers for financial assistance and resolve payment issues
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, billing, or resolving insurance accounts receivable
