Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer calls and schedule follow-up appointments.

- Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using established scripts and templates.

- Provide initial product information to customers and guide them to the relevant dealership resources.

- Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer requirements.

- Follow up with leads who are not ready to schedule an appointment or have missed their appointments.

- Engage in team and process improvement sessions while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and dealership management.

- Utilize the CRM tracking system on a daily basis.
