Business Development Representative

Job Overview: We are expanding our sales team in Lubbock, TX, and seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business growth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth
- Present our solutions to local companies and generate new accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hiring
