Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Fence and Perimeter Security Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our product portfolio and customer base through exceptional sales and customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Partner with outside sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Collect market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, and market trends.
- Process quotes and orders in a timely manner, providing excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- A competitive hourly wage range starting at $23 per hour.
- A quarterly bonus program and spiffs for meeting sales targets.
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule with typical operating hours of 8am-5pm.
