Business Development Lender

Capital Farm Credit, the largest rural lending cooperative in Texas, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lender to join our team. With over $12 billion in total assets and 600 team members, we serve 192 counties across the state with nearly 70 credit offices.

The ideal candidate will have five or more years of progressively responsible banking experience, preferably in agricultural lending, and a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles. They will be able to assess risk, provide recommendations on loan approval, and develop business relationships with agricultural producers and rural landowners.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, servicing existing customers, and working with other association personnel to process and approve loan requests. You will also represent the association at local and regional events, promoting our brand and building good public and member relations.
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for agriculture, we encourage you to apply.
