We are seeking a Procurement Manager to enhance our Finance team. This role is pivotal in developing strategies to secure cost-effective agreements and fostering supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will implement effective procurement and sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with external suppliers to achieve favorable terms for the organization.
  • Authorize the procurement of essential goods and services.
  • Finalize details regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Review and assess existing contracts for effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to minimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of specifications and expectations.
  • Manage expenditures and cultivate a culture focused on long-term savings in procurement.
  • Address challenges with a blend of rigor, empathy, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in procurement.
  • Demonstrated success as a Procurement Manager or Officer.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and procurement methodologies in the KSA market.
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for decision-making.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
