About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Procom as an Executive Director, Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility. This critical role will be part of our Capital Markets - Strategy, Marketing and Sustainability department, focusing on developing and executing philanthropic strategies and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive philanthropic strategies and corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with Procom's business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic philanthropic programs, including grant-making, community engagement, and volunteer initiatives
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community leaders, and government officials
- Manage and oversee large philanthropic budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, marketing teams, and communications departments
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in corporate social responsibility and philanthropy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful philanthropic strategies and corporate social responsibility initiatives
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong network of contacts in the non-profit and corporate social responsibility sectors
