We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Philanthropy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement tailored philanthropic strategies that drive growth and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive philanthropic strategies for clients, including fundraising program assessments, strategic planning, and campaign planning.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on philanthropic best practices, donor engagement, and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, including major gifts, corporate and foundation initiatives, and grateful patient initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to clients, including data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation of philanthropic strategies, including staff and volunteer training, and ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of frontline development experience, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in academic medicine, teaching hospitals, specialty treatment and research centers, or community healthcare centers/clinics.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing philanthropic programs, including annual giving, major gifts, corporate and foundation initiatives, stewardship, volunteer engagement, digital outreach, and virtual programs.
  • Experience in leading high-performing fundraising teams and developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and enhance performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $165,000 - $200,000 at the Director level and $120,000 - $165,000 at the Manager level, with a total estimated compensation range of $206,250 - $270,000 at the Director level and $138,000 - $206,250 at the Manager level.
