Required Qualifications:

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Technical Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble and repair district iPads, including digitizer and LCD replacements.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues with malfunctioning computer systems, such as keyboards, monitors, printers, CPUs, and other peripherals.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues related to non-functional operating systems and application software.
  • Provide both telephone and on-site technical support to users of all computer systems, including instructional labs.
  • Install and test all computer systems to ensure functionality.
  • Maintain compliance with software licensing regulations.
Employment Terms: Full-time position with a twelve-month commitment.

Performance Evaluation: Job performance will be assessed annually in accordance with the Board's evaluation policies for administrative personnel.
