Responsibilities:
  • Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, tech support, dispatch routing, and management
  • Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Basic Computer Skills and iPad working knowledge
  • Technical/Mechanical Aptitude
  • Dispatch from your home to customer locations to repair residential home appliances
  • Process transactions related to in-home repairs, collect payments, issue receipts, and electronically process repair records, customer data, and technical information via a company-issued tablet or laptop
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning, laundry)
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver's license check
  • Willing to be enthusiastic and customer service focused
  • Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds
