IT Support Technician Opportunity

**Overview**

Inceed is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role involves providing phone support, hardware assistance, and on-site support across various locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support/services and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide phone and email support to clients, addressing tickets during downtime.
* Perform hardware troubleshooting and repairs for PCs and peripherals, collaborating with branch locations on equipment purchases, setups, and repairs.
* Provide setup, pickup, and drop-off services for new equipment at locations within a one-hour drive from downtown, operating a company vehicle for transportation.
* Assist and support 200-300 tower employees with physical setup for board and ROC meetings.
* Prepare for hardware deployments, including imaging, packaging, replacing hardware, and decommissioning old equipment.

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in a desktop support/services role.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, including familiarity with tools like Wireshark and Process Monitor.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
* Self-motivated and dependable, with a proactive approach to task completion.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude.
* Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus but not required.
