About the Role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by processing various account transactions, answering questions, and offering banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their accounts and banking services
  • Offer banking solutions and products to clients based on their needs and financial goals
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve branch goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of bank policies, procedures, and systems
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or finance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking systems
