Job Title: Client Services Assistant

Center Point, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Services Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation and Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and billing, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, greet clients, and direct them to the appropriate staff members or departments.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to phone calls, and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in front desk reception, administrative, and customer service roles.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Substance Abuse counselor registration, certification from a State of California Accredited Institution.
