Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assess and address client needs by leveraging a deep understanding of our products and services, including digital banking solutions.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client goals and objectives, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with branch teams and partners to deliver seamless client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three to four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
  • Experience with digital products and self-service technologies a plus.
