Position Summary

You recognize the significance of outstanding service experiences and their influence on customer behavior. You possess a deep understanding of what it takes to provide exceptional services, both in client-facing roles and behind the scenes. The challenges to be addressed are often complex and multifaceted; they may involve traditionally conflicting interests, garner senior leadership attention, and necessitate thorough analysis and validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborates within a team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality, timely contributions to client deliverables.
  • Builds trust with clients and team members through the prompt and precise completion of tasks that facilitate client outcomes and decision-making, including research, report creation, and in some instances, the presentation of recommendations.
  • Effectively manages time to fulfill assigned responsibilities and enhances team performance.
  • Develops a broad understanding of skills and competencies within project Capability Areas.
  • Seizes learning opportunities beyond specific expertise.
  • Begins to engage with Technical Assent's consulting methodologies and practices.
  • Assists more experienced colleagues in writing and presenting through research, editing, and other supportive activities.
  • Contributes to organizational effectiveness by utilizing established process assets, templates, and tools to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Supports business development efforts by actively researching client needs and the competitive landscape, and assisting in proposal initiatives.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor that aligns with Technical Assent's core values at all times.
