About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Executive to join our team in the Channel Management department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales results and mitigating disconnects in your assigned module.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to strategically plan marketing activities and drive sales
  • Coordinate events with property professionals and vendors
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations
  • Build and maintain relationships with property staff
  • Oversee vendor sales agents and create marketing plans to increase sales
  • Pull sales data from Verizon systems and update documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience
  • Spanish Bilingual
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
