  • Recruitment: Spearhead our hiring initiatives with enthusiasm, working alongside our freelance recruiter to attract and onboard outstanding Sales Associates, Leads, Assistant Managers, and Managers. Your goal is to assemble a remarkable team that reflects our brand's ethos.
  • Onboarding: Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding experience that seamlessly integrates new employees and makes them feel welcomed from their first day.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver impactful training programs that empower our staff to excel and advance within the organization.
  • Employee Retention: Identify and cultivate high performers, implementing strategies that promote their growth and ensure their long-term success with Nati Trancas Malibu.
  • Compensation Management: Oversee equitable and competitive compensation frameworks and payroll processes, ensuring that our team members feel appreciated and rewarded.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and industry regulations to maintain a compliant and ethical workplace.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional and store managers to assess, train, and recruit staff, while collaborating directly with the COO on HR initiatives such as retirement plans, incentive programs, and more.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Understanding of retail operations, including the essential skills to be an effective salesperson and leader.
  • Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively lead and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software such as ADP, Deputy, and DocuSign.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
