Job Summary

As a Patient Care Specialist, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, executing a variety of tasks as outlined in competency documentation. This role involves providing direct patient care through non-invasive procedures and assisting in the management of supplies and equipment within the unit.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of six months of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating knowledge of basic patient care activities Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, Medical Assistant course, or two years of nursing education. CNA certification is preferred Skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with keyboarding Proficient in English, both spoken and written Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities Understanding of medical terminology
