Leidos is seeking a skilled Help Desk Supervisor to join our team in the Camp Springs, MD area. As a Help Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff of Help Desk and User Trainer Specialists who provide help desk and on-site support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff of Help Desk and User Trainer Specialists
- Assist in setting up and operating end-user support program for major applications
- Set up overall user training programs, particularly for complex applications
- Organize, prepare, and conduct training sessions
- Oversee and supervise help desk operations
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience teaching/training users in computer applications
- Expert user of the Government's word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of 1+ year teaching/training experience involving computer applications
- At least 1+ year of experience in automated litigation support
- Experience with Government office automation environments
- Prior supervisory experience
- Certification in eDiscovery program
- Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment
