Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Join the Northern Quest Resort & Casino team as a Front Desk Supervisor, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to supervise our Front Desk team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy, while also maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in the front office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Front Desk Agents to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • One year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
