About the Role:
Innophos is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to the HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs.
- Responsible for data entry activities in multiple HR systems, including new hires, employment changes.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.
- Responsible for reporting and tracking of HR data.
- Maintain and organize job descriptions.
- Maintain employee files and records, including storage and maintenance of key documents in electronic format.
- Ensure that new hire notifications and employee exits are sent to key stakeholders for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Plan and coordinate HR meetings and other meetings as requested.
- Assist with facilitation of New Hire Orientation.
- Assist in administering the Performance Review Program, Benefits Open Enrollment, and Year-End Compensation Planning Process.
- Document HR procedures as needed.
- Assist with preparation of separation packages.
- Liaise with Payroll as needed.
- Serve as point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in an HR role.
- Bilingual - Spanish/English Strongly Preferred.
- Knowledge of commonly used HR concepts and practices.
- Complete discretion and ability to work with confidential information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required.
- Proficiency handling general administrative duties.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow with the organization.
- Ability to research and analyze data.
- Experience in various HR functions, such as onboarding, recruiting, benefits, compensation analysis a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HR systems.
- Occasional travel (1-2 times per year) required.
