Job Summary

The Human Resource Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the HR functions of The Front Climbing Club. This includes auditing, filing, compliance, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and other programs to enhance the unique cultures of both The Front Climbing Club and Vertical Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and reporting on HR documents
  • Ensure data integrity in HRIS systems and make updates as necessary
  • Assist with job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and drafting job offers
  • Organize scheduling and onboarding for new hires
  • Be the primary contact for HRIS system questions from employees
  • Assist with payroll questions and data entry in multiple HR systems
  • Upkeep OSHA logs and reporting
  • Assist with annual and requested audits of HR systems
  • Support benefits administration, including new hire enrollment and termination
  • Plan and run employee events
  • Ensure effective communication to keep employees informed
  • Manage and audit employee certifications, licensure, and employer assets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources administration
  • Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
