Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a comprehensive sales development program designed to cultivate essential sales skills for executing end-to-end sales opportunities and fostering a successful career in sales.
  • Acquire vital sales skills, enhance customer experience knowledge, understand our innovative products and services, and develop relationship-building and CRM strategies.
  • Manage accounts to prospect, build relationships, and identify sales opportunities with M&A deal professionals.
  • Communicate SS&C Intralinks' unique value proposition to your accounts while uncovering customer requirements through effective sales discovery.
  • Support the sales team in expanding market share and achieving revenue targets.
  • Gain hands-on experience with internal processes, systems, tools, and best practices to assist the sales team in business development and customer support roles.
  • Participate in and co-host virtual and on-site client events.
  • Leverage solution selling techniques to promote our well-recognized products in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Sales.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in direct sales or retail sales is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to build a career in sales.
  • Competitive spirit with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying new ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and foster relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and perseveres through challenges.
  • Quick learner, open to feedback and coaching from peers and management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Participation in sales-related or corporate internships is a plus.
