About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Program Manager for our global Hyperscaler (HCP) customer contracts. In this role, you will be a key member of the HCP customer delivery team, responsible for financial planning, billing, revenue management, and execution of global cross-functional finance projects.

This position demands critical thinking, effective planning and execution, and strong collaboration across teams to achieve success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of customer contract program management, including financials, approvals, milestones, risks, program actions, tools, and more.
  • Serve as a key member of the customer leadership team, reporting directly to the HCP MS COO.
  • Manage a team of Finance Project Managers supporting the assigned customer account and lead a team of offshored project administrators.
  • Be responsible for managing changes to customer contracts (price, SLA, etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy in the business enablement of Ericsson and the customer's financial systems.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, cost of sales (COS), expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Manage and ensure adherence to program resource budget allocations.
  • Coordinate customer billing and payment processes.
  • Reconcile global financials of revenue and cost of sales.
  • Lead the effort to ensure accurate business forecasts.
  • Manage financial program status reporting to stakeholders in CU, BA.
  • Track and report on program cost efficiency activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement for processes, methods, tools, and automation.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial consulting, or related functions.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional global environment, leading teams through matrix organizations.
  • Expert proficiency using Excel for data modeling and analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead multiple concurrent actions effectively.
  • Experience within projects responsible for technical deliveries.
  • Solid people leadership and communication skills, working with key partners such as (customer, finance community, and sales team).
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones depending on customer locations.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple concurrent actions with ease.
