- Maintain precise and organized financial records and documentation.
- Support audit processes and tax preparation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial support and guidance.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and related transactions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in accounting, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
Skills: Proficient in GAAP and accounting principles, with expertise in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent in reviewing work before submission. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
