Office Coordinator Job Description

At Equitable Advisors, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our advisors and district managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our Southern California offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front desk coverage and direct support to entire office
  • Collaborate with Complex Onboarding manager and candidates
  • Review and distribute mail
  • Order office supplies and pantry items
  • Perform business processing assistance, including paperclip, district support, and office seminar support
Requirements:
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills
  • Research and data gathering ability
  • Analytical skills
  • Basic negotiation skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven proofreading ability
  • Ability to train and mentor employees
  • Proven collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a business office setting
