The Role

As a Senior Client Partner at #paid, you will be a key player on our enterprise sales team, leveraging your expertise to secure fortune 500 clients and agency partnerships. You will also use your industry knowledge to mentor team members and contribute to building a world-class sales organization.

This role demands a seasoned sales professional who can craft compelling narratives and drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BRANDS AND AGENCIES: Leverage your network to establish long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth across verticals like Auto, Entertainment, Travel, Tech/TelCo, CPG, and Retail
  • DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH BY IDENTIFYING, PITCHING, AND SECURING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Take ownership of your territory, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue targets through a strategic sales approach
  • OWN THE FULL SALES CYCLE: Manage the process from lead generation and strategy presentations to contract negotiation, closing complex sales deals with key brands and agencies
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Work closely with Product, Client Success, Marketing, and Strategy teams to design and deliver customized influencer marketing solutions that meet client objectives and drive ROI
  • SHOWCASE THE #PAID PLATFORM: Use data, insights, and analytics to demonstrate the platform's potential in empowering clients' Creator Marketing campaigns, highlighting measurable results
  • Precision Pipelines and Forecasting: Ensure accurate goal planning and consistently hit sales targets through meticulous pipeline management and forecasting
  • STAY INFORMED ON INDUSTRY TRENDS: Use knowledge of competitor activities and market dynamics to adapt your sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Thought Leadership: Represent #paid at industry events, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to clients and a thought leader in influencer marketing
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Help foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture by coaching and mentoring junior team members, contributing to the overall development of the sales team

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Consistently drive revenue and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in Fortune 500 brands and media agencies
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the influencer and digital marketing industry, using insights to inform strategic sales decisions
  • Effectively communicate the value of the #paid platform, conducting demos and presentations that align with client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the #paid platform
  • Serve as an advocate for clients within #paid, ensuring their needs and feedback are addressed

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in influencer marketing, media sales, or adjacent fields
  • Strong network of existing relationships with Fortune 500 brands and media agencies
  • Proven track record of selling large contracts and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions for clients
  • A mentor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about elevating the team around you
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce is an asset

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
