Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled startup operator to lead our clinical operations, growth operations, and people operations. As a senior leader, you'll be responsible for scaling our operations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with C-Suite to set operational strategy across the company
  • Collaborate with the VP of Integrated Patient Care to ensure clinical excellence and patient care
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product to drive product strategy and prioritization
  • Own state expansions, including project management, multi-stakeholder management, and operational excellence
  • Own supply/demand optimization, matching staffing to patient volume, and aligning state licenses
  • Support and manage the VP of Growth Operations and the Head of Clinical Operations
  • Set the vision for People Operations and manage the Head of People Operations
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years of people management
  • Has served as a senior leader at a startup before
  • Professional with a strong track record of operational excellence and growth
