Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Director is a key leadership position responsible for managing the field sales account managers in a given geography. This role requires strong leadership and support to the field sales team, with a focus on expanding the positive company culture and delivering on organizational sales expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the field sales team in achieving territory goals and company targets.
- Manage account manager performance, customer relationships, and territory challenges.
- Implement sales team effectiveness and productivity initiatives, including field sales trainings and coaching.
- Communicate regularly with account managers and provide guidance on sales strategies and business planning.
- Analyze business trends and make data-driven decisions to adjust field actions.
- Offer solutions guidance for account manager and territory challenges, and troubleshoot sales obstacles.
- Effectively utilize business tools and present at executive customer level.
- Lead sales-related calls, initiatives, and trainings as needed.
- Analyze risks and opportunities of growth initiatives and market trends.
- Manage travel and meetings, including conferences and company meetings.
- Leadership ability to lead and encourage others through positive and clear direction.
- Communication ability to read, analyze, interpret, and report on business on both a local and national level.
- Reasoning ability to apply principles of logical and critical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Computer skills to perform job successfully, including experience with software products like Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe.

This role shall serve as a Hybrid role for the first 6 months in the event of an internal hire. The internal hire will be able to transition full time Regional Sales Director role after a successful 6 month onboarding period.
