**Customer Service Representative**

We are in search of a dedicated Customer Support Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding service. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patient inquiries through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and healthcare providers through phone, chat, and email communications.
  • Represent Sesame Care by providing exceptional customer experiences and top-tier support.
  • Innovate and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and boost engagement.
  • Availability to work during some holidays, evenings, and weekends may be necessary.
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience while resolving customer inquiries and issues.
  • Effectively handle complex customer complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Show a genuine interest in enhancing the healthcare experience for individuals.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivering excellent customer support, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using customer support software such as Zendesk.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
