About the Role

As a Client Success Partner at GlobalData Academia, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure they achieve their business objectives.
  • Work closely with our research teams to provide timely and actionable insights that address our clients' most pressing questions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to drive continuous client engagement and growth.
  • Partner with Sales Executives and Account Managers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, providing feedback to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in an account management or service role.
  • Healthcare education or work experience preferred.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude towards KPIs and targets.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Well-defined prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
