Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated Client Success Consultant to enhance our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive, dedication to service, technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively oversee and support the success of a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent value delivery throughout their engagement.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, translating their desired outcomes into actionable implementation plans that yield timely value.
  • Serve as the product expert and trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to maximize the benefits of CHEQ's solutions.
  • Conduct data-driven evaluations and analyses of client fraud activities, presenting insights and findings effectively.
  • Address client issues through independent resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams, approaching challenges with curiosity and creativity.
  • Foster robust client relationships through high engagement levels and communication; conduct regular performance assessments and business reviews.
  • Encourage client advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, either in a leading or supporting capacity.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS/AdTech environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities to convey compelling data narratives.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or business intelligence tools, with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting, capable of presenting findings to senior executives.
  • Familiarity with Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Google Analytics, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics is a plus.
  • Technically adaptable, with a continuous learning mindset and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of consistently surpassing objectives, demonstrating self-motivation and results-driven focus.
  • A Bachelor's degree with a technological focus is preferred.

The compensation range for this role is $90K-$110K annually, influenced by various factors including prior experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
